The first step to graduating with your Anthropology degree is to apply for your degree online.
Undergraduates Degree application deadlines:

2016 Fall, 2017 Winter, 2017 Spring , and 2017 Summer graduates are welcome to participate in the Department of Anthropology spring commencement ceremony. There will not be an summer commencement ceremony.
Spring Commencement Participation Information:
UNIVERSITY COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY & DUCK GRAD PARADE
Tickets will be required for entry to Matthew Knight Arena for the University Commencement Ceremony. Matthew Knight Area will open at 7:30 a.m. for guest seating and all guests should be seated by 9:00 a.m. Ceremony begins at 9:00 a.m. with our academic parade (Duck Grad Parade). Graduates should be in the line up in front of the EMU on 13th Ave by 8:15 a.m. Students can begin reserving guest tickets at the University Commencement Ceremony online – April 1, 2017 – each graduate is guaranteed 2 guest tickets. DEPARTMENT OF ANTHROPOLOGY COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
The Department of Anthropology faculty and staff invite graduates and their guests to attend the department’s graduation ceremony and reception at 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 19, 2017 on the Condon Hall East Lawn. Tickets are not required.
DEPARTMENT CEREMONY SIGN-UP REQUIRED
We encourage everyone to participate – if you plan to do so, please register to walk in the department ceremony by filling out our RSVP online form by May 19, 2017.
Department ceremony is for both undergraduate and graduate majors. Grading students will be individually recognized on stage as they receive their diploma. The ceremony will be approximately 1 1/2 hours long, and a reception with refreshments will follow.
On the day of the ceremony, Graduates should arrive at 3:30 p.m. for check-in. The registration table will be located on the left side of Condon Hall building. You will be given instructions and handouts for the ceremony and photographer.
INVITATIONS, REGALIA & GRADUATION PHOTOS
Invitations and regalia ( cap, gown, and tassel) can be ordered from the University of Oregon Duck Store on April 10, 2017. Grad Fair will be held at the Duck Store, April 10-13, 2017. Grad packages available online at UODuckStore.com on April 14, 2017.
- GradImages will be providing commencement photography for the university, and will photograph our graduates at the department ceremony. Students can pre-register at www.gradimages.com.
IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION
- Graduates and their guests are strongly encouraged to take advantage of free parking at Autzen Stadium and the free shuttle service to reach campus – see Parking and Shuttle Information on the UO Commencement website. Guests should plan to arrive at eh parking lot at least an hour before the start of any ceremony they wish to attend to ensure enough time to reach their ceremony site.

To celebrate the newest inDUCKtees to our illustrious family of alumni, the SAA hosts the annual Senior Send-off. Located at the EMU Amphitheater, all graduating students are welcome to attend a festive afternoon of socializing with some delicious root beer floats in a commemorative pint glass on behalf of UO Alumni Association, and giveaways from UOAA partners.

On Sunday, June 18, the night before the University Commencement Ceremony, join the UO Alumni Association for a champagne and dessert reception from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Ford Alumni Center to honor new graduates.
